1. Information we collect
Details you give us. Before you download a card, we ask for:
- your name
- your email address
- your phone number
- your city
Card activity. We record which card design was downloaded, the file format (PNG, JPG or PDF), the language and the time of the download.
Technical information. Like every website, our hosting provider automatically records basic technical details when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you open.
2. What we do not collect
- The text you type on the card (names, dates, times, venue) is not sent to us. The card is created inside your own browser.
- Photos you add to a card stay on your device. They are never uploaded to our servers.
- We do not collect payment or card details. The card maker is currently free.
3. Information saved on your device
We do not use advertising or analytics cookies. We use your browser’s local storage for two conveniences:
- to remember the details you entered, so you do not have to type them again next time
- to save a draft of the card you are editing, so your changes are not lost if you close the page
This information stays in your browser. You can remove it at any time by clearing your browser’s site data.
4. How we use your information
- to understand which designs people like, so we can create better ones
- to reply when you contact us for help or ask for a personalised card
- to tell you about new designs or offers, only where you have not asked us to stop
- to keep the website secure and prevent misuse
5. How we share your information
We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone. We only share it in these situations:
- Service providers that help us run the website: Supabase (database), our hosting company and Google Fonts (fonts are loaded from Google’s servers, which receive your IP address). They may only use the information to provide their service to us.
- Legal reasons, if we are required to by law, a court order or a government authority, or to protect our rights and users.
- Business transfer, if the website is sold or merged, in which case this policy will continue to protect your information.
6. How we keep it safe
The website runs over HTTPS. Your details are stored in a database that cannot be read publicly, and only the site owner can view them through a password protected area. No website can promise perfect security, but we take reasonable care to protect your information.
7. Your rights and choices
- Access or correct: ask us what details we hold about you and have them corrected.
- Delete: ask us to delete your details, unless we must keep something by law.
- Stop messages: tell us at any time if you do not want to hear from us.
Just send us a message on WhatsApp and we will take care of it.
8. Third party links
The website links to services such as WhatsApp, and cards can include a Google Maps link or QR code that you add. These services have their own privacy policies, and we are not responsible for how they handle your information.
9. Children
This website is meant for adults planning an event. If you are under 18, please use it with a parent or guardian. If we learn that we have collected details from a child without that consent, we will delete them.
10. Where your data is stored
Our service providers may store and process information on servers located outside India. When that happens, we rely on their security measures to keep it protected.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when our website or the law changes. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last updated. Please check it from time to time.
