kittypartyinvitation.com is an online tool that lets you personalise kitty party invitation cards and download them as PNG, JPG or PDF files. You do not need to create an account. We may also offer a personalised design service over WhatsApp.
2. Who can use it
You may use the website if you are able to enter into a binding agreement under Indian law. If you are under 18, you may use it only with the involvement of a parent or guardian, who agrees to these terms on your behalf.
3. Using our designs
You may use our designs to create invitations for your own events, or for your family, friends or kitty group, and share them digitally or print them.
You may not:
- sell, resell, rent or give away our templates or blank designs, whether or not you change them, including on other websites, apps or marketplaces
- use our designs to build a competing template collection or card making service
- scrape, bulk download or use bots or automated tools to access the website
- copy, modify or reverse engineer the website or its code
- try to access password protected areas, or interfere with the website’s security or performance
- use the website to send spam or harmful software
4. Respectful use
Please use our designs kindly and responsibly. You must not use the website to create content that:
- is illegal, obscene, abusive or threatening
- promotes hatred or discrimination based on religion, caste, race, gender, disability or origin
- is misleading, such as a fake invitation meant to deceive people
- infringes anyone else’s rights, including copyright or privacy
5. Your content
You are responsible for everything you add to a card, including names, dates, times, venue details, photos and links.
- Please check every detail carefully before sharing or printing. We are not responsible for mistakes on a card.
- Only add photos that you own or have permission to use.
- The text and photos you add stay in your browser and are not uploaded to us. See our Privacy Policy.
6. Ownership
The card designs, artwork, layouts and the website itself belong to us or to the people who licensed them to us. Using the website does not give you ownership of any design.
The personal details you enter on your card remain yours.
If you send us suggestions or feedback, we may use them to improve the website without any obligation to you.
7. Personalised designs and payments
- The card maker is currently free to use.
- If we introduce paid features, or you ask us to design a card for you, the price will be clearly agreed before you pay.
- Because personalised designs are digital work made specially for you, payments are non-refundable once the design has been delivered.
- If there is a mistake on our side in a design you paid for, we will correct it free of charge.
- If you are charged twice for the same order, tell us within 7 days and we will refund the extra payment.
- We may change our prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders you have already paid for.
8. Printing
We do not print cards. If you print a card yourself or at a print shop, colours and quality may look different from your screen depending on the printer and paper. We are not responsible for printing results or printing costs.
9. Third party services
The website works with services run by others, such as WhatsApp and Google Maps. Your use of those services is covered by their own terms, and we are not responsible for them.
10. Changes to the service
We may add, change or remove designs and features, or pause or stop the website, at any time. We do not store your finished cards, so please keep your own copy of every file you download.
11. Disclaimer
The website is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent allowed by law, we do not promise that it will always be available, free of errors, or suitable for any particular purpose.
12. Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, including problems with an event, printing costs, or loss of data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us, if any, in the 12 months before the claim.
Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law, such as liability for fraud.
13. Indemnity
If someone makes a claim against us because of content you created, or because you broke these terms, you agree to cover the reasonable costs we face as a result.
14. Suspension of access
If you break these terms, we may block your access to the website and remove any related information, without notice.
15. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. If you have a concern, please message us first and we will try to resolve it with you. Any dispute that cannot be resolved will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of India.
